摘要
本文采用三级报病网,调查上海市静安区、金山县及石化城3年(1986～1988年)白血病发病情况,该地区白血病平均年发病率为3.41/10万,对性别、年龄及白血病类型发病率进行深入分析。采用1:2配对的病例对照研究方法对217例白血病进行发病因素的条件 Logistic 回归分析,发现职业和治疗接触放射线,苯、氯乙烯、有机磷及重金属毒物职业接触和抗肿瘤药(主要是乙双吗啉)应用是白血病重要的危险因素。
A survey of leukemia in Jing'an District,Jinshan County and Petro-chemical Industrytown was performed.All the new cases of leukemias were registered in leukemia-reportingsystem during t986 to 1988.A crude incidence rate was 3.14 per 100,000 population.Thesex,age of patients and different types of leukemia among 217 cases and 434 controls wereanalysed by IBM microcomputer and EPILOG software for matched and conditional logisticregression analysis.Our study revealed that occupational and therapeutic radiation exposure,be(?)zene,vinyl chloride,organic phosphorus and metal toxicant,and anti-tumor drugs(mainlybimolane)are the important risk factors for leukemias.
