摘要
目的 :改进原有依诺沙星的紫外分光光度测定法 ,使之能用于生物体及仿生物体环境中的含量测定。方法 :以磷酸盐缓冲溶液 (0 .1mol/L ,pH =7.4)替代NaOH溶液 (0 .1mol/L)作为溶剂 ,研究紫外分光光度法测定依诺沙星含量的条件。结果 :所建立的方法在 2 6 2nm和 336nm波长处各有一个吸收峰 ,测定结果与原有碱法一致。结论 :改进法的使用范围扩大 ,它不仅可用于测定生物体及仿生物环境中依诺沙星的含量 。
Abstract: To improve the original method of determination of Enoxacin by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and to let the improved method to be directly used in the samples of organisms and similar organisms (pH=7.4). Methods: The condition of the method of determination of Enoxacin by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was studied when the solution of sodium hydroxide (0.1 mol/L) is replaced by the buffer solution of phosphate (0.1 mol/L, pH=7.4) as solvent. Results: The absorbances were found at the wavelength of 262 nm and 336 nm , and the determination results of the improved method accorded with that of the original method with the solution of sodium hydroxide as solvent. Conclusion: The improved method can be used not only for the determination of Enoxacin in organisms and similar organisms, but also in the Enoxacin preparations.
