兰氏法加环扎在腭裂手术中的应用

The Application of the Technique of Langenbeck Operation Plus Cyclic Palatopharyngeal Ligature to the Palatorrhaphy

目的 :探讨腭裂手术方法与改善发育的关系。方法 :将 36例腭裂患者选用兰氏法加环扎 ,并设对照组。结果 :兰氏法加环扎与单纯兰氏法相比 ,前者发音改善明显优于后者。结论 :兰氏法加环扎修复腭裂有利于促进腭咽闭合 。

Abstract: To investigate the relationship between the method of the palatopharyngeal operation and pronouncing amelioration. Methods: To adopt the technique of Langenbeck Operation plus Cyclic Ligature in 36 palatopharyngeal patients and establish the control group. Results: The technique of Langenbeck Operation plus Cyclic Ligature is better than the simple Langenbeck in pronunciation. Conclusion: This operative method is beneficial to advance palatopharyngeal closure and improve the patients, pronunciation.
