摘要
目的 冷海水浸泡所致的体温过低症死亡率很高 ,有效地复温是治疗的关键。比较 3种复温方法的复温效果以及对实验犬的血流动力学影响。方法 实验犬共 12只 ,全麻后分为 3组 ,分别置于 (12± 2 )℃的冷海水中 ,待肛温 2 5℃时 ,分别采用体外循环血液复温、腹腔灌流、胸腔灌流技术进行复温。观察指标为血流动力学和复温速率。结果 复温后各组犬的心输出量、心率、平均动脉压均明显改善 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 复温速率以体外循环血液复温最快 ,腹腔复温优于胸腔复温 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective: Accidental hypothermia from immersing in cold sea water has a high mortality. Rewarming core temperature is the key of treatment. Three methods of rewarming were compared and their changes in hemodynamics was studied. Methods: 12 healthy adult dogs were randomly divided into three groups. All animals were immersed in the cold seawater with only the head and distal extremities exposed. The cold water was removed when the rectal temperature reached 25℃. Rewarming was accomplished using CPB, peritoneal perfusion and pleural perfusion. Parameters were determined including hemodynatic and rewarming rate. Results: Hemodynamic parameters improved significantly (P<0 05) after rewarming. Conclusion: The rewarming rate of CPB was the quickest. The rewarming rate of peritoneal perfusion was better than pleural irrigation (P<0 05).
