理气化瘀法治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Regulating Qi and Removing Stasis on Functional Dyspepsia

目的 探讨中药治疗功能性消化不良 (Functionaldyspepsia ,FD)的疗效。 方法 治疗组按“理气化瘀法”组方的“胃动饮”治疗FD 10 0例 ,并与西药“普瑞博思”进行对照。结果 治疗组总有效率 93 % ,对照组总有效率 89%。结论 中药“理气化瘀法”组方的“胃动饮”治疗FD疗效确切、安全 ,提示本方具有推广应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods 100 patients with FD(treatment group) were treated with Weidong decotion composed according to regulating qi and removing stasis method of traditional Chinese medicine and the efficacy was compared with control group(n=100) treated with prepulsid.Results It showed that the total effective rate was 93% in treated group,and 89% in control group.Conclusions These results suggest that Weidong decoction is safe and effective,and is worth popularization.
