苯那普利对2型糖尿病肾病的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂—苯那普利 ,对 2型糖尿病肾病 ,降低血压、尿蛋白及延缓轻、中度慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)进展的疗效。方法 根据内生肌酐清除率 (CCr) ,将 90例糖尿病患者分为无CRF组、轻度CRF、中度CRF组 ,每组病人再随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组加服苯那普利 ,剂量每天 2 .5~ 2 0mg ,服用 8周 ,对照组不用苯那普利。两组分别于治疗前、治疗后 8周测血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐 (SCr)、CCr、尿蛋白及 2 4h动态血压。结果 治疗组的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、尿蛋白、BUN、SCr下降 ,CCr升高 ,均明显优于对照组。结论 苯那普利有良好的降低血压及尿蛋白 。 Objective To study the effectiveness of ACEI benazepril on the patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,such as lowering blood pressure,reducing urea protein,delaying the progressment of low degree,moderate degree chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods According to the level of endogenous creatinine clearance rate(CCr),90 patients with diabetes were divided into 3 groups.Patients in group 1 suffered from CRF,those in group 2 low degree CRF,and those in group 3 moderate degree CRF.In each group,patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treated group and the control group.In the treated group benazepril was taken,2.5~20 mg once a day for 8 weeks,but in the control group benazepril was not taken.In both groups,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),CCr,urea protein and 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure were evaluated before and after therapy.Results In the treated group,SBP,DBP,MAP and urea protein,BUN,SCr were significantly lower than those in the control group,CCr was apparently higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Benazepril can lower blood pressure,urea protein,delay chronic renal failure progress.
