摘要
目的 :探讨体外循环心脏不停跳下心内直视手术的优点 ,为心内直视手术提供一种安全可靠的新方法。方法 :自 1997年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年 3月在体外循环心脏不停跳下进行各种心内直视手术 41例。其中先心室间隔缺损 2 5例 ,房间隔缺损 16例。结果 :本组病例术中经过顺利 ,平均体外循环时间 6 5 .6 4± 2 0 .80min ,未出现室颤及空气栓塞。术后无神经系统并发症 ,于术后 10～ 14d痊愈出院。结论 :该方法避免了主动脉阻断造成的心肌缺血损伤和再灌注损伤 ,心肌保护作用良好 ,适用于简单心内直视手术。
Objective: To study the results of open Heart Surgery with Beating Heart under cardiopulmonary bypass For congenital heart disease. Methods: Fourty one casese of Congenital Heart disease sufferers have had open Heart surgery with Beating Heart, Ventricular Septal Defect. Case25 and Atrial Septal Defect Case 16. Results: with our expectation, the sergery was very smooth without ventricular arrhythmia and air embotism; The most improtant thing was that they didn't have nerves system complicatione. All were cured and could leave hospital for home 10 to 14 days. Conclusion: Beating heart surgery doesn't block the coronary artery's consistent blood supplication by aortic, so that it avoids causing the damage of the blood's shortage,oxgen's lack and reperfusion ,so it is very good for protecting myocardium.
