摘要
通过在实验室和生产规模对环孢素 A发酵工艺的研究 ,获得了一条新的发酵工艺。将该新工艺应用于 2 0 t生产罐 ,使环孢素 A平均发酵单位比原工艺提高近一倍 ,有效组分提高约 7%。
An improved fermentation technology of cyclosporin A was achieved and applied in 20 t fermentor,the productivity of cyclosporin A was nearly doubled and its A c omponent was increased by 7%.The stability of this new technology was good after more than one year's application in production scale.
