交联酶晶体 (CL ECs)是近年发展起来的新型晶体酶催化剂 ,具有稳定性高、催化活性高、反应专一性强、使用方便和易回收等特点 ,其制备过程主要包括酶的分批结晶和晶体的交联。目前 ,CL ECs在生物传感器、医学。
Cross-linked enzyme crystals(CLECs) is a novel crystalline biocatalyst develope d in recent years. CLECs have such features as excellent stability, higher activ ity and selectivity, easy disposal, simple recovery and reuse, and so on. The pr eparation of CLECs consists of two major steps: batch crystallization of enzyme, and chemical cross-linking of crystals. Recently, CLECs has been used in biose nsor, medicine, biotransformations and separation of substances.
