盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片在健康志愿者中的药动学

Pharmacokinetics of pseudoephedrine sustained released tablet in health volunteers

目的 :研究盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释片 (S PSE)的药动学特征。方法 :12例健康志愿者 ,单次口服S PSE 2 40mg ,用高效液相色谱法测定血药浓度。结果 :S PSE的药动学参数分别为MRT :(18.3± 1.7)h ,Tpeak:(7.7± 1.9)h ,Cmax:40 1.5± 6 0 .6 )ng·ml-1。结论 :研制的S PSE的主要药动学参数与国外文献报道的基本一致。

OBJECTIVE To study pharmacokinetics (PK) of pseudoephedrine sustained released tablet (S-PSE).METHODS A single dose of S-PSE was given to 12 healthy volunteers. Plasma levels were determind by high performance liquid chromatography.RESULTS The PK parameters were MRT=( 18.3± 1.7)h,T peak=( 7.7± 1.9)h,C max=( 401.5± 60.6)ng·ml -1.CONCLUSIONS The PK parameters are similar to those reported.
