摘要
为了解申克孢子丝菌和暗色真菌在内蒙古乌兰浩特地区自然环境中的分布与生态特征,从该地区随机采集了芦苇、蒲草、玉米秸、淤泥、垛下土等 69份标本,用含放线菌酮的改良沙式葡萄糖蛋白胨玉脂培养基分离培养出申克孢子丝菌及暗色真菌共 27株 (分离阳性率为 39.13% )其中申克孢子丝菌 8株 (11.59% ),外瓶霉属 7株 (10.14% ),疣状瓶霉 6株 (8.20% ),着色真菌 3株 (4.35% ),链格孢 3株 (4.35% ),在该地区自然环境中分离出的申克孢子丝菌和暗色真菌与临床分离株在菌落外观与镜下形态结构基本一致。地区及地理环境不同暗色真菌分布也不同。
To explore the distribution and ecological characteristics of sporotrichum schenkii and dematiaceous fungi in Ulan Hot, 69 samples of reed, stem or leaf of cattail,stem of corn, sludge, soil under mass of wood or grass etc, were collected at random, and 27 strains of sporotrichum schenckii and dematiaceous fungi were isolated by sabourand agar medium containing actidione(positive rate 39.13% ) in which 8 strains of sporotrichum schenckii(11.59% ), 7 strains of Exophiala(10.14% ), 6 strains of phialophora verrucosa, 3 strains of chromomycete(4.35% ), 3 strains of alternasia(4.35% ). The colong appearance and the microscopic morphological structuse of sporotrichum and dematiaceous fungi isolated from natural environment of this district were similar clinically isolated strains. Distribution of dematiaceous fungi varies with different districts and different geographical environment.
