银屑病皮损VDR表达水平的研究

Study on the expression level of VDR in lesions of psoriasis

为了解维生素 D受体 (VDR)在银屑病皮损中的表达情况，采用 RT- PCR方法检测了 10例寻常型银屑病患者皮损 VDR mRNA表达水平，并与正常人皮肤做对照。结果显示：寻常型银屑病患者皮损 VDR mRNA水平明显低于正常人皮肤 (P< 0.05)。寻常型银屑病皮损 VDR mRNA水平下降，可能与银屑病的发病有一定的关系。

To study the expression of vitamin D receptor(VDR) mRNA in lesions of psoriasis, the expression level of VDR mRNA in lesional skin from ten patients with psoriasis was studied by RT- PCR method. Compared with VDR mRNA expression in normal skin, the expression level of VDR mRNA in lesional psoriasis skin is markedly decreased(P< 0.05). The results indicate that decrease of VDR mRNA expression in lesional skin may be correlated with the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
