静脉注射丙种球蛋白治疗重症带状疱疹4例

The treatment of 4 cases of severe herpes zoster with intravenous gamma globulin

4例用常规治疗无效的重症带状疱疹，试用静脉注射丙种球蛋白 (IVIg)，临床症状迅速缓解，病程明显缩短。 IvIg是治疗重症带疹的有效药物。

Severe cases of herpes zoster usually occur in patients with autoimmunity disease, malignancy, hepatic and renal dysfunction, in elder or debilitated individuals. We treated 4 cases of severe herpes zoster ineffective to ordinary therapeutic measures, with intravenous gamma globulin. The result showed that their clinical manifestations recovered rapidly and the course shortened. IVIG shows promise as an alternative agent for treatment of severe herpes zoster.
