特定多核苷酸序列检测新方法——纳米金组装法 被引量:2

A New Method for Detection of Specific Polynucleotides Based on Nanogold Assembly

摘要 基于修饰在纳米金颗粒上寡核苷酸探针与目的多核苷酸序列的互补 ,纳米金颗粒被可逆组装成超分子结构 ,这种由纳米金 寡核苷酸探针 目的多核苷酸片段组成的复合物点滴至固相支持物上时 ,由体系组装诱导的聚集过程伴有红色到蓝色的颜色变化 ,由此衍生出比色法快速检测特定多核苷酸序列的新方法 .该方法具有极高的选择性和较好的灵敏度 ,可用肉眼观察结果 ,方法简便 ,成本低 .本文对该方法的原理、操作过程及特点作了简要介绍 .
