摘要
将马钱子提取物分离成 4部分 ,即马钱子粉 (A)、非生物碱 (B)、非士的宁生物碱 (C)、士的宁 (D) ,观察各部分对大鼠棉球肉芽增生及角叉菜胶引起足跖肿胀的影响。实验表明 :A和 C均明显抑制棉球肉芽的增生 ,给药后第 5 h明显抑制足跖肿胀 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,B和 D则几乎无作用。提示 A具有抗实验性关节炎作用 ,且有效部位为 C。
The four portions derived from Semen strychni included Semen powder (SP), strychnine (ST), alkahoid without strychnine (AK) and non alkaloid (NA). These portions were introduced to treat the experimental arthritis such as Carrageenan induced rats hind paw swelling and the subcutaneous granuloma induced by implanting cotton ball in the rats. The results showed that SP and AK ont only markedly reduced the weight of subcutaneous granuloma ( P< 0 01), but also evidently inhibited the paw swelling 5 h after administion ( P <0 05). ST and NA had hardly effects. It is suggested that SP with the effective portion of TA has the anti inflammatory effect on experimental arthritis.
