摘要 30例 ASA ~ 级患者随机分为异丙酚 ( 组 ) ,硫喷妥钠 ( 组 ) ,监测诱导和插管时循环变化及测静脉血中儿茶酚胺浓度。结果发现 :诱导时 2组动脉压均明显降低 ,插管后 组动脉压明显高于对照值 ,而 组则恢复至对照值 ,诱导后 180 s 组心率 (HR)明显减慢 ,插管时 2组 HR均增快。插管后血浆去甲肾上腺素浓度均增高 ,而肾上腺素浓度仅在 组插管时增高。结果提示 :异丙酚能抑制气管插管时的应激反应。 The haemodynamic changes and catecholamine responses to induction of anaesthesia and tracheal intubation were studie in 30 ASA Ⅰto Ⅱ patients allocated randomly to receive either propofol (group Ⅰ) or thiopentone (group Ⅱ) respectively. The results showed that in the both groups arterial pressure was decreased. After tracheal intubation the arterial pressure in the group Ⅱ was higher than that of control value, whereas that of group Ⅰ was increased to the level of control value. 180 s after anesthesia induction, the HR in the group Ⅰ was decreased significantly, and the HR in the both groups increased during intubation. In the both groups the concentration of plasma nonadrenaline was increased after intubation. But the concentration of adrenaline increased only in the group Ⅱ. It was concluded that propofol could inhibit the stress response during endotracheal intubation.
