摘要
目的 评价一种专为不便在B超探头端侧进针穿刺的病灶而设计的B超定位新方法的临床应用价值。方法 借助一取自病灶的正切面线型图 ,据几何学原理而设计。以取该图时沿探头扫查面四边所描下的长方形皮肤面及过其宽边中点所作的该图上缘的体表位置线 (拟名为指向线 )把握进针方向 ;自穿刺进针点以穿刺针把穿刺线延长 ,并作成内外全等直角三角形的方法来把握进针角度。结果 38例中穿刺 46次 ,全获成功。穿刺目标最大 7.0cm ,最小 0 .8cm ,最大深度 6.0cm。结论 该研究为不便在B超探头端侧进针穿刺的病灶穿刺提供了一个定位新方法 ,具有简便、有效而实用之优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical usefulness of an ultrasound location method for advancing a needle at oblique angle to puncture the lesion which could not be punctured from the end of a probe. Methods According to the geometrical principle,this method was designed with the aid of a vertical section linear image of the lesion to hold the puncture direction with the help of a directional line,which was drawn by use of the midle line of the probes both ends,and the body surface around it,and to dicide the puncture angle via forming congruent right triangules inside and outside by extending the guided puncture line from the puncture point with a puncture needle.Results All 46 punctures were successful.Of the punctured targets,the maximal size was 7.0 cm,the minimal size 0.8 cm,and the maximal depth 6.0cm.Conclusion This approach may provide an ultrasound location method for advancing a needle at oblique angle to puncture the lesion which could not be punctured from the end of a probe.It is simple,effective and practical.
