摘要
本研究工作动态地观察了手捻针与电针对青霉素所致大鼠大脑皮层感觉运动区痫样放电灶中Ach变化的影响、针刺抑制痫样放电的效应及其相互关系。青霉素造模后,皮层Ach含量增加,针刺后下降,同时痫样放电改善,手捻针对降低皮层Ach含量与制痫效应均较电针为优。
The dynamic variation of Ach in the focus of epileptiform discharges induced by topical application of penicillin on the rat's sensorimotor cortex, the effect of attenuating epilepti- form discharges by acupuncture and the mutual relationship were observed. During the sei- zure, the release of Ach in the cortex increased, but reduced after acupuncture and simultan- eously the epileptiform discharges were ameliorated, positive correlation between them. Decreasing Ach concentration of the cerebral cortex and attenuating the epileptiform disch- arges by manual acupuncture was better than elect roacupuncture.
