摘要
研究在不同的层间间隔时间条件下 ,对碾压混凝土层面分别采取不处理 ,铺水泥粉煤灰浆 (简称水泥净浆 )、水泥砂浆等措施以及采用不同的胶凝材料用量对碾压混凝土层面抗剪断特性的影响。通过研究分别给出不同层间间隔时间、不同胶凝材料用量以及不同试验龄期与碾压混凝土层面抗剪断强度的相关关系。为龙滩高碾压混凝土重力坝设计和施工提供了重要的参考依据。并得出随层面间隔时间延长 ,抗剪断峰值强度越低 ;层面处理比不处理抗剪断峰值强度要高 ;层面铺砂浆优于层面铺净浆 ;胶凝材料增多 ,试验龄期越长 。
This paper discusses the influence on shearing resistance of placing joint of RCC layers for different time intervals of suspension under conditions,such as no treating,with cement and fly ash paste paving,with cement mortar paving.It also discusses the effect of different cementitious material consumption.Through such study the relationship between shearing strength and different intervals of suspension,different cementitious material consumption and different age of test.It provides important reference for Longtan high RCC dam design and construction.It is suggested that the peak shearing strength will decrease with the duration of time interval;the peak shearing strength on treated joint surface is higher that untreated;the mortar treated surface is better than the cement fly ash paste treated.The conclusion is:the more the cementitious material,the longer the age will result in higher shearing strength.
