小浪底引水发电洞环形帷幕灌浆施工与检测

摘要 小浪底引水发电洞环形帷幕灌浆 ,是大坝左岸帷幕灌浆的一部分。论述了环形灌浆的布置、施工程序、施工方法及灌后施工质量检测等。经压水试验检查共 6 4孔 ,其中只有 2个孔大于 5Lu ,合格率为 96 6 % ,弹模测试岩体波速度均大于 35 0 0m/s,灌浆后与灌浆前纵波速度之比在 1 1以上 ,能满足设计要求 。 The circular curtain grouting for power tunnels is part of the curtain grouting on the left abutment of Xiaolangdi dam. This paper addresses its arrangement, construction procedure, construction method and quality inspection after grouting. Water pressure test was undertaken for 64 holes, of which only 2 were over 5 Lu. The qualified rate is 96.6%. Elasticity modulus test gave the wave speed in rock mass over 3500 m/s. The ratio of longitudinal wave before and after grounting is over 1.1, which meets the design criteria. The grouting quality is good.
