摘要
为了检验林檎叶中有效成分在人体内的抑菌作用 ,分别将林檎叶用水、乙醇、石油醚浸泡 ,再以上述提取物质对小白鼠进行动物体内抗菌试验 .结果表明 。
The antibacterial experiment of Mallus doumeri leaf extracts with water,ethanol,and ether was conducted in mice in order to test the antibacterial effect of the active compounds.The results show that tanin and soponin which exist in the extracted liquid from Mallus doumeri leaf have strong antibacterial effect in mice.
