摘要
利用结构分析和数据处理软件PowderX对多晶复相ZrO2陶瓷粉的XRD数据进行处理,经平滑化、背底扣除、kα2峰剥离和零点矫正后得到一套反映真实情况的衍射谱。然后在Debye-Scherrer方程的基础上运用最小二乘法对晶粒大小进行计算,这一过程由自编的VB程序完成。
PowderX, a software of structure-analyzing and data-processing, is used in the treatment of powder XRD patterns of multiphase zirconia-based ceramics. A set of diffraction patterns including true information can be obtained after smoothing, background subtraction, kα2 eliminations and zero shift corrections of the raw data. And the calculation of crystallite size derived from Debye-Scherrer's equation is carried out in terms of Least Square Method by self-written VB program.
