摘要
铝电解过程中阳极上产生的气泡受到气泡内气体压力、液体静压力和气-液之间界面张力的共同作用,逐渐长大成为非球形的气泡。本文对这些力的作用进行了分析,建立气泡长大的数学模型,应用有限差分方法来对气泡长大过程进行模拟,并考查了电流密度、电解液湿润性等对气泡长大的影响。
A mathematical model for predicting bubble growth, bubble shape, bubble volume and frequency of bubbling at anode working surface in aluminum electrolysis is presented. The model takes into account the pressure difference between the bubble and the surround molten electrolyte, the surface tension force, contact angle and current density. The contact angle, together with the current density found to play an important role on bubble growing.
