摘要
通过对星型阴极的稳定导热问题进行分析 ,推导出阴极交叉点附近温度分布的近似解析式。并用有限差分数值计算方法对钨基底金属的温度分布进行了计算、分析。数值计算结果和解析结果在常用的阴极温度使用范围内吻合良好 ,表明该解析式在热、热 场。
An analytical formula,used to approximately describe the variations in the temperature distributions near the fork of a star shaped emitter,was developed.The temperature distribution of the tungsten based metal emitters,was calculated with finite difference technique and its results were compared with those obtained by analytical estimation.Both results agree well in cathode operating temperature range.We suggest that the analytical formulas may be of practical interest in studies of various electron emitters used in thermal emission,thermal field emission and Schottky emission.
