摘要
以 2 ,4二叔丁基苯酚 ( 2 ,4二酚 )、三氯化磷为主要原料 ,FS 1 (碱性物 )为催化剂 ,在常压下合成了抗氧剂亚磷酸三 ( 2 ,4二叔丁基苯基 )酯 ,考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对产物产率的影响 ,确定的最佳工艺条件为 :反应温度 1 30℃ ,2 ,4二酚∶ PCl3(物质的量比 ) =1∶ 0 .34 ,反应时间 60 min,催化剂用量 (对 2 ,4二酚的质量比 ) 0 .35 % ,重结晶后平均产率为 88.5 %
Tris(2,4di tert butyl phenyl) phosphite antioxidant was synthesized with 2,4ditertbutyl phenol and phosphorus trichloride as raw materials and FS1 as catalyst. The optimum technological conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments: molar ratio of 2,4ditertbutyl phenol to phosphorus trichloride=1∶0.34, reaction temperature 130 ℃, reaction time 60 min, and amount of catalyst (mass ratio of ditertbutyl phenol) 0.35%, average yield was 89.3%. The product was confirmed by IR and melting point.
