摘要
渤海辽东湾绥中36-1 D平台,首次采用优质快速集中钻固表层技术,该项技术的应用突破了2 m×2 m井距大关,实现了1.5 m×1.8 m密集井距;实现了表层低温、速凝、早强固井,解决了集中钻固表层的井液漏窜问题;成功地探索出表层裸眼井体积测算方法;为密集井、大平台设想奠定了基础。
It is the first time to use the batch surface cementing technique during fast cluster drilling from SZ 36 - 1D platform in Liaodong Bay of Hohai Gulf. The application of this technique broke through the record of 2 m ×2 m well spacing and achieved a well spacing of 1.5 m×1.8 m, realized low temperature and quick cementing for surface casing, solved the channeling problem during cementing surface casing, and successfully obtained a calculation method for the volume of the surface portion in an open hole, thus set a basis for condensed drilling and larger platforms.
