摘要
对于某些特殊结构的薄壁箱体形压铸件 ,当采用常规的浇注系统时 ,无论浇口的位置与尺寸参数如何选择都很难保证压铸工艺的稳定性 ,铸件的尺寸精度与表面质量低、废品率高。针对这一生产问题 ,在生产实验研究的基础上 ,设计了一种新型桥接式浇注系统 ,并结合实例给出了内浇口尺寸参数的确定原则 ,保证了此类压铸件的工艺可靠性 ,提高了压铸件的尺寸精度 ,避免了“冷隔”和过大的变形 ,确保了压铸件质量。
For some thin_wall box_type castings with some special structures, when conventional casting system is used, no matter how one selects the position and dimension for the runner, it is very difficult to guarantee the steadiness of the casting process, the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the casting is low and it has a high rejection rate. In respect to this problem, based on production, relevant tests and study, a new bridged casting system is designed, and principle for determining the size of inner runner is given by some examples, this guarantees the process reliability, improves the dimensional accuracy for castings, avoids “cold separation” and too much deformation, and guarantees the quality of casting.
