摘要
对影响装配质量的关键部件车门的加上质量进行了详细的统计分析,分析了安装密封条前后车门外板在X向和Y向的变形情况。分析结果表明,车门制造精度与理论值相比存在着较大的差距,需要进行工装调整。车门在安装密封条前后在X向和Y向存在着较大的变形,说明车门的刚度存在着薄弱环节。这对控制轿车车门装配质量有着重要的理论指导意义。
Detail statistical analyses of manufacturing quality of doors have been done, which has crucial effect on as-sembling quality. Deformations in X and Y direction of outer panels of doors after sealing strips fitted are analyzed. It is shownby analysis results that there exist large manufacturing errors over specified values of doors, and it is necessary to adjustmanufacturing tools. Large deformations in X and Y direction of doors after sealing strips fitted indicate that there are weaklinks on the rigidity of doors. They are significant theoretical guidelines on the quality control of assembling of doors of pas-senger cars.
