针对机车整流管与晶闸管检测要求,研制了整流管与晶闸管综合参数自动检测系统。文章论述了该系统的原理和组成、硬件结构、测试方法和测试软件,简要分析了在研制过程中所解决的关键技术问题。

This paper introduces the principle,structure,hardware,detection method and software of automatic parame ter detecting system for rectify ing tube and SCR,which is developed to satisfy locomotive rectify ing tube and SCR detection re-quirment.Briefly an alyzed are the pivotal technology problem settled during development .
