对株洲电力机车厂与德国WinDHOFFAG公司合作研制开发的转向架称重调簧装置的结构、技术性能及工作原理作了简要的介绍,并详细阐述了其在电力机车转向架上的应用。
This article introduces a device used for bogie load test and spring adjustment ,and describes its construction,tech-ni cal characteristics,function principle and application on electric locomotive bogie test.
