摘要
根据赣抚平原灌区现行管理体制 ,提出了建立“经济自立灌区”的改制思路 。
According to the existing problems of present management system of Ganfu Plain Irrigated Area,this paper put forword the reform thought of establishing the supporting oneself irrigated area in economic and the problems and measures which should solve.
