摘要
要实现现代水利的目标 ,克服传统水利生态经济效益低的问题 ,必须注重经济效益 ,从生态经济的角度 ,应用工程、生物、管理等综合措施优化配置水资源 ,搞好生态水利建设 。
In order to achieve the goal of modern water conservancy and solve the problem of low ecologic economic benefit,we must lay stress on economic benefit and from ecologic economic,take the comprehensive measures such as project,biology and management to optimizate the water resources.So we can do the sustainable development well.
