摘要
通过建立基于个体和团队的二类委托——代理模型 ,提供了 2种确定团队最优激励系数和团队产出定额的方法 ,然后通过已建立的测评系统对每个劳动者的工作进行监控评价 ,最终确定出团队生产中每个成员的努力情况。在此基础上 ,可对是否努力工作的劳动者给予不同的劳动报酬 ,从而有效地排除了某些成员“搭便车”
The paper puts forward two methods about confirming the optimal incentive coeffcient and the output ration of team,through setting up two type of principal-agent models based on individual and team.Then it can finally confirm who work hard in the group production by using a measure system that is set up to monitor and evaluate every member's work. On this basis,we can pay different reward to a worker according to whether he works hard.This can effectively eliminate the possibility that some members try to become “free riders”.
