复合氧化物Nd_2O_3/SnO催化合成阿斯匹林

摘要 本文以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料 ,以 Nd2 O3 /Sn O为催化剂 ,合成了阿斯匹林。并考察了催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、反应时间和醇酸摩尔比对产物产率的影响。实际结果表明 ,Nd2 O3 /Sn O是合成阿斯匹林的良好催化剂 ,最佳工艺条件为水杨酸与乙酸酐摩尔比为 1∶ 3 ,反应时间 0 .5 h,反应温度 80~ 86℃ ,催化剂用量为水杨酸质量的 5 %。在此条件下 ,阿斯匹林产率达 70 %。 From salicylic acid and acetic anhydride the synthesis of aspirin was catalyzed by compound oxide Nd 2O 3/SnO. The factors influencing on the yield of the reaction were discussed. It showed that the compound oxide Nd 2O 3/SnO was an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of aspirin, and the optimum reaction conditions was that the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1/3, the mass ratio of the catalyst used to salicylic acid was 5%, the reaction time was 0.5h and the reaction temperature was 80-86℃. Under this conditions, the yield of aspirin was 70%.
