摘要
通过对PTA(精对苯二甲酸)装置影响醋酸消耗的分析,认为反应温度对酸耗影响最大。在保证PTA产品质量的条件下,适当降低反应器温度,提高常压吸收塔洗涤能力,延长干燥机运行周期和整套装置的运行周期,可进一步降低醋酸消耗。实施后取得了明显效果。
Reaction temperature as major factor on consumption of acetic acid was found by analysis of operation of PTA unit. It was considered that the consumptin of acetic acid could be further lowered by properly decreasing reac-tion temperature and increasing washing power of absorption tower, prolonging operation cycle of drier and whole set of the unit while the quality of the product didn' t change. The result showed that it was sucessful after adopting the above measures.
