摘要 Si C颗粒增强铁基复合材料是一种新型结构材料 ,具有很高的实用价值 ,但在复合过程和复合效果方面尚存在不少有待解决的问题。文章对用粉末冶金法制备 Si C颗粒增强铁基复合材料工艺及性能进行了阐述 ,讨论了复合过程中有关基体合金化、基体与增强相的结合界面、Si C表面处理和 Si C含量对材料性能的影响等问题 。 The SiC particulate reinforced iron matrix composite is one of new materials of construction and has high practical value. But there are many problems to be settled in the process of composite. The production technology of SiC particulate reinforced iron matrix composites by powder metallurgy is introduced in the paper. Some issues about the effects of matrix alloying, the interface between metal matrix and reinforced phase, SiC surface processing and the content of SiC on the properties of the materials in the process of composite are discussed. The trend of the research is also indicated.
