With C ++ Builder 4.0 as working language, the electrical operation bills expert system of transformer substations is developed based on the database object.The presented method is compared with the traditional design method and its advantages are described. The system can manage and edit the operation bills and has the simulation function as well. With a friendly graphic interface, the system is easy to maintain and operate.
