New design of high frequency arc striking device

在分析传统引弧电路的基础上,提出了一种新型的高频引弧电路,并对其工作原理进行了分析.实验表明采用该电路的小型引弧装置结构简单,可靠性高.在焊接过程中不仅可以顺利引弧,防止断弧,而且可以保证电弧稳定.

A new kind of high frequency arc striking device was presented here based on the analysis of traditional arc striking circuits. The working principle of the device was analyzed. The experiment results that this new small-sized device has a simple structure and high reliability. The arc striking is carried out smoothly. The arc breaking can be prevented and the arc is kept stable in the course of welding.
