基于PC机的蓄电池性能测试系统

摘要 介绍了实际应用中的一种蓄电池性能自动测试系统的设计方案.包括蓄电池性能测试系统的总体构成;Windows环境下对硬件操作的编程;DLL(动态链接库)的制作;PID控制算法在本系统中的应用;PC机D/A接口的设计等. In this paper, a design scheme of an automatic measuring system for accumulator function in real application was introduced. Several aspects were included as following: the composition of the whole accumulator function measuring system; programming for the hardware operation based on Windows platform; the making of DLL(dynamic link libraries); the application of PID controlling algorithm in the system; the design of personal computer′s D/A interface and so on.
