摘要
变压器线圈的股间短路会产生局部过热,降低变压器寿命,甚至导致故障,股间短路的确定十分困难,为此采用了先进的电磁场分析计算手段,模拟变压器的空载试验,对变压器线圈存在不同类型型股间短路时的电磁场进行计算,由此说明能否根据变压器空载特性数据判定股间短路现象.
Short circuit between plies will result in local overheat, lifetime shorten and even breakdown. The judgement of short circuit between plies is very difficult. Shenyang Electric Power Supply Company Testing Department, based on its practical experience, proposed that the testing results of power transformer under noload be utilized to determine this phenomena. An advanced electromagnetic analysis tool was presented to simulate the noload test of power transformer. The field distribution of the 3-phase transformer under different types short-circuits between plies in the coil was computed. The computation results reason out a conclusion that the phenomena of short-circuit between plies cannot be judged in terms of the noload test.
