Application of Technique of Thin Tubesheet in Construction of Waste Heat Boilers

本文对合成氨装置中废热锅炉使用U形管束厚管板结构失效原因进行了分析 。

In this paper, the causes of failure occurred in the the structure of thick tubesheet with U tube bundle used in the waste heat boiler as the equipment of synthetic ammonia were analyzed. At the same times, the experience of successfully using thin tubesheet was introduced.
