摘要
采用有限元的方法 ,对炼油厂加氢裂化装置中螺纹锁紧环式U形管换热器的“隔板式管箱密封”的隔板进行了应力计算和安全性分析 ,认为 :端盖与隔板之间的安装间隙是确定隔板是否安全的关键因素。
By using finite element technique, the calculation of stresses and analysis of safety for the partition plates in the channel seal of the U tube heat exchangers used in the hydrogenising and cracking project of the oil refiners were carried out. The analysis concluded that the key to ensure the safety is the gap between the partition plate and the bonnet.
