摘要
以2,6-二甲基苯胺和2-氯丙酸甲酯在AM为溶剂下反应合成N-(2,6-二甲苯基)丙氨酸甲酯。改进后的工艺大大缩短了反应时间,降低了反应温度,减少了副反应的发生,降低了2-氯丙酸甲酯消耗,从而降低了原料成本,提高了产品的纯度。确定了最佳合成工艺条件:m(2,6-二甲基苯胺):m(2-氯丙酸甲酯):m(碳酸氢钠):m(AM)=1:1.32:0.83:2.48,反应温度90℃,反应时间8 h,产品收率可达82%。
N - (2,6 - dimethylphenyl) alaninmethylester was synthesized directly from 2,6 - dimethylaniline and methyl 2 - chloropropionate using AM as solvent. The improved synthesis was characterized in low raw material cost, short synthetic time, and high yield of product. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined as fol-lows: m (2,6 - dimethylaniline) : m (methyl 2 - chloropropionate) : m (NaHCO3) : m (AM) = 1:1.32 : 0.83:2. 48, reaction tempreture 90 ℃, reaction time 8 h. The yield of product was up to 82 % .
