摘要
研究了一种用于钢铁表面的磷酸盐复合涂料 ,它由复合磷酸盐基液、耐热颜料和一定的添加剂组成 ,涂刷在普通钢铁表面上可在室温自然固化。该涂料不须加固化剂。对涂膜性质的研究表明 ,其成膜机理可分为两段 :低温磷化 水解 。
A composition coating for ferrous metal alloy surfaces was comprised of phosphates base solution, heat-resisting pigments and some additives, which could be solidified on the surface of plain steel in ambient temperature without solidification agent. Experimental results of coating properties showed that the mechanism of film formation consists of two steps as phosphorizing-hydrolysis at low temperature and condensation polymerizing-cross hon in at high temperature.
