摘要
采用合成甲醇CNJ2 0 2催化剂和HZSM -5沸石分子筛制得了CO2 加氢一步法合成甲醇及二甲醚双功能催化剂。结果表明 ,催化剂合适的配比为ω(HZSM -5 )∶ω(CNJ2 0 2 ) =0 .5∶1 0 (质量比 ) ,焙烧温度为 5 5 0℃ ;还原条件是在以N2 为载气 ,2 %H2 气氛中 ,于 2 5 0℃、常压下还原 6h ,催化剂粒度和不太高的操作空速变化对二甲醚选择性无明显影响 ;
The methanol and dimethylether bifunctional catalyst was prepared by carbon dioxid hydrogenation with synthesized methanol CNJ202 catalyst and HZSM-5 zeolite molecular catalyst. The results showed that the proper ratio of HZSM-5/ CNJ202 was 0.5(mass), calcinations temperature was 550 ℃. Reduction procedure was carried out in N 2 atmosphere containing 2% of H 2 for 6h at 250 ℃. Catalyst particle size and relatively not higher running space velocity had little effect on the selectivity of dimethylether, but the increase of temperature was helpful to it.
