阳离子聚合物杀菌剂的合成研究

Study on Synthesis of Cationic Polymer Bactericides

以环氧氯丙烷和有机叔胺为主要原料,CH-5和QS-1为聚合引发体系,合成了季铵盐类阳离子聚合物杀菌剂。分别从聚合和季铵化两方面就反应条件对产品的影响进行了考察。结果表明,在优化的工艺条件下,制得的聚季铵盐杀菌剂具有良好的杀菌效果。

A method for preparing cationic polymer bactericides from epichlorohydrin and trimethylamine was stuid-ed. In the preparing method, CH - 5 and QS - 1 were used as polymerization initiating system. The effects of reac-tion conditions on product performances were investigated from both respects of polymerization and quaternarization. The results indicated that the prepared bactericide had good sterilization under the optimal process condition.
