摘要
以十三醇聚氧乙烯(n=3,5,7,9)醚、顺酐和亚硫酸钠为原料合成了一系列十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐(TPSS_n)。根据正交试验结果,确定了最佳酯化和磺化反应条件,测定了TPSS_n系列表面活性剂的乳化力、润湿力和发泡能力。结果表明,随n增加,乳化力增强、润湿力下降、发泡能力先增加然后下降。
Disodium monotridecanol polyoxyethylene ( n ) ether sulfosuccinate was synthesized using tridecanol polyoxyethylene ( n = 3,5,7,9)ether, maleic anhydride, and sodium sulfite as materials. The optimum conditions of esterification and sulfonation were determined from orthogonal test. Emulsiflability, wettability, and foaming abil-ity of disodium monotridecanol polyoxyethylene( n ) ether sulfosuccinate surfactants were determined. The result showed that the emulsifiability increased, the wettability decreased, and foaming ability first increased and then de-creased with increase of n .
