选择 β Ca(PO4 ) (β TCP)粉末为主体材料 ,加入适量高温粘结剂 ,利用发泡法 ,制备出以β TCP为主晶相的多孔生物陶瓷 ,并进行常规性能测试和微观形貌观察 ,讨论料浆含水率对 β TCP性能的影响 ,以确定制备 β
A kind of porous bioceramics was prepared with β Ca 3(PO 4) 2(β TCP) powder as raw material and added in a proper amount of high temperature binder by foaming method,of which the main phase is β TCP.Based on the routine test and the observation on micromorphology,the influence of percentage of moisture content in slurry on the perofrmance of β TCP ceramics was discussed in order to determine a more rational process line for preparing β TCP ceramics.
