摘要
以稀土为激活剂的长余辉磷光体 ,它的余辉亮度主要受原材料配比和煅烧温度的影响。通过复合形搜索法结合实验求出最优配比和煅烧温度。利用搜索点拟合成二次响应面进行优化 。
The brightness of long decay phosphors composed of rare-earth activator depends on the components of the raw material and temperature of fire. The rate of the components of raw material and temperature of fire material was optimized by composite simplex algorithm and experiment. The nodes of hunt are fitted by the quadratic surface.Moreover, optimal solution was given.
