摘要
小球团烧结工艺可以降低能耗并能适应细磨铁精矿的造块,成品块矿具有烧结矿的宏观结构和物理性能,同时保持了球团矿良好的各项冶金性能。在利用传统烧结机和成品块矿冶金性能有所改善的前提下,小球团烧结工艺可以大幅度地提高科层厚度和烧结机的利用系数。从含铁原料的发展趋势和工艺过程以及冶金性能的比较,小球团烧结工艺有可能逐步替代传统的造块工艺。
The mini-pelletized sinter process can decrease energy consumption and is adapted for the agglomeration of iron ore fines. The mini-pelletized sinter has the macrostructure and the physical properties similar to those of conventional sinters and its metallurgical properties are similar to those of pellets. The mini-pelletized sinter process can greatly increase the height of sintering bed and the productivity when the traditional sintering machine is used, and the metallurgical properties of the agglomeraties produced improved. According to the trend of iron ore supply in future and the comparison of the processes and metallurgical properties of various agglomerates, it is possible that the mini-pelletized sinter process will replace the traditional agglomeration process.
